It's an easy 5 min walk, just across the street.

We provide beach towels, 2 carts, beach chairs, some basic beach toys and floats, umbrellas and a beach cabana. 

We have a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill, a beach front community pool with bathrooms & tennis/pickle ball courts. 

Our home can accommodate 12 people. We have 1 King bedroom, 3 Queen bedrooms & our Bunk Room has 2 Full beds and 2 Twin beds. 

Yes, Internet Access is available in the home via WIFI. Due to various environmental and technical conditions (signal strength, computer’s WIFI reception, configurations, local weather, etc), we do not guarantee this connection will always be available.  

For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow pets. 

Our home does have some accessibility considerations. There are stairs at the front entrance & garage. We do offer a bedroom on the main level for easy access; however, all additional bedrooms are upstairs. Please be aware that reaching the beach requires navigating stairs. However, for your convenience, the pool area access includes a ramp. We strive to provide a comfortable experience for all guests, and if you have specific needs, please feel free to reach out. 

No refunds will be given for weather unless: The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area”. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 

• Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently in the unit
• Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; or 
• Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period. 

If you wish to be able to cancel for a refund in case of generally poor weather during your vacation, we encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
